arthroscopie du coude

 

Les indications de  chirurgie arthroscopique du coude sont beaucoup plus rare qu’au genou ou à  l’épaule; elle est principalement indiquée :- pour libérer un coude bloqué (arthrolyse)- ou extraire des corps étrangers provoquant des blocages intermittentsLes difficultés principales de l’arthroscopie résident dans la proximité d’éléments nobles fragiles artériels et nerveux tout autour du coude, et du risque plus important de complications potentielles qu’en cas de chirurgie arthroscopique du genou ou de l’épaule.
