chirurgien il m\u2019a tout bien expliqu\u00e9 et conseill\u00e9,  je n\u2019ai pas fait de kin\u00e9 le premier mois j'ai suivi les conseils et recommandations du Docteur Mallet, il m\u2019avait pr\u00e9venu que si je faisais les exercices correctement j\u2019allais souffrir en les faisant. Mais les r\u00e9sultats \u00e9taient l\u00e0 au bout de dix jours plus de b\u00e9quilles et je pouvais conduire lors de ma premi\u00e8re visite post op\u00e9ration 3 semaines apr\u00e8s je pli\u00e9 d\u00e9j\u00e0 mon genou \u00e0 pratiquement 110 degr\u00e9s refaisait des petites marches entre 5 et 7 kms un peu de v\u00e9lo aussi entre 20 et 30 kms .Aujourd'hui j'ai eu ma visite post op\u00e9ration \u00e0 4 mois tout va bien mon genou plie au max aucune douleur plus de m\u00e9doc et je refais des randonn\u00e9es de plus de 15 kms .\nEn conclusion aucun regret de l\u2019avoir fait descellement de ma proth\u00e8se initiale pos\u00e9e par un autre chirurgien.\nLa m\u00e9thode du DR MALLET est tout \u00e0 fait novatrice et efficace.\nOp\u00e9r\u00e9e l'apr\u00e8s-midi, j'ai pu marcher d\u00e8s le lendemain et monter les escaliers avec des b\u00e9quilles.\nUn mois apr\u00e8s l'op\u00e9ration, je marche , je plie mon genou sans avoir eu la r\u00e9\u00e9ducation d'un difficult\u00e9es cette ann\u00e9e \u00e0 gagner un match au championnat de france \u00e0 rolland garros cause \u00e0 une forte douleur \u00e0 la hanche\napres visite chez le docteur mallet decision est prise de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une prothese de hanche effectu\u00e9e le 2 juillet sortie le3 au matin avec l'aide du docteur marche et mont\u00e9e d'escalier\nrentr\u00e9e chez moi avec quelques douleurs pendant 1 semaine j'ai \u00e0 ce jour pu reconduire et commencer \u00e0 marcher avec 1 canne apres 15 jours marche sans canne sur sol plat\nvisite de controle le 22 juillet apres radio tout est parfait et pense reprendre le tennis entrainement fin aout\n6  semaines apres operation premier entrainement de tennis pas de douleur . merci docteur mallet une r\u00e9usite 100%\nannette<!-- J'avais une grosse appr\u00e9hension. La prise en charge a \u00e9t\u00e9 au top. L'op\u00e9ration s'est super bien pass\u00e9e. Une douleur largement soulag\u00e9e. Au bout de 8 jours je pouvais me d\u00e9placer sans trop de probl\u00e8mes avec mes b\u00e9quilles et je montais les escaliers. Au bout de 3 semaines je marchais seule et au bout de 4 je conduisais.
